Each of these practices has shaped me in profound ways. Some help with clarity, others with healing, and many with deep transformation. I share them with people who are seeking balance, self-discovery, and inner growth.
Yoga is more than postures; it’s a pathway to deep connection—to yourself, to the universe, to the divine (whatever name resonates with you: God, Devis, Devatas, Allah, Source, Universe). Different yogic traditions offer different approaches, but the essence remains the same: union.
I practice and teach various forms, including:
✔ Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, and Iyengar Yoga – Postures and movements for strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
✔ Pranayama (Breathwork) – Techniques that cleanse the mind, boost energy, and ease anxiety.
✔ Yoga Nidra – A deep relaxation practice, like meditation meets conscious sleep.
In a world that constantly pulls us into the past or future, this meditation is like an anchor to the now.
✔ Vipassana – A technique that trains the mind to observe the breath and the body in the now without distractions from thoughts and emotions. It is an excercise t practice focus, clarity, emotional balance, and a deep understanding of the present moment.
✔ Samatha – A result of Vipassana bringing deep concentration, stillness, focus, and a peaceful mind.
These methods work fast and are profoundly life-changing when practiced consistently. I share this as a free practice.
Energy flows through everything. When it’s blocked, we feel stuck—physically, emotionally, or mentally. These techniques helps to remove thse blockages and allows the energy to flow smoothly through the energy centers.
✔ Akasha Healing – A powerful system using 30+ sacred symbols to unlock deep transformation. This works fast to remove those blockages. It can be combined with almost any other practice from coaching to yoga and mostly during a reiki treatment. As a certified teacher, I train others from Level 1 to Level 6.
✔ Reiki Healing – A practice for relaxation, healing, and restoring inner balance. Treatment sessions last 30–45 minutes and help release stress, energy blockages and tension.
This is one of my most cherished practices, and I always conduct it for free.
First we invoke Babaji’s Mantra to request for his energy body prescence, and then we start chanting OM. It has a pattern to it. By chanting OM for 21+ minutes in a group, we raise our own energy, uplift the energy of our surroundings (up to 2km!), and send healing to loved ones. This practice was reintroduced by Bhakti Marga and is deeply transformative.
Some of us carry suppressed anger, overwhelming energy, or destructive thought patterns. These meditations help release that.
