Life, at its core, is simple. But as we grow, we layer it with complexities—thoughts, emotions, expectations, identities. Over the years, I’ve been on a journey of peeling those layers away, one by one, simplifying my body, mind, emotions, and energy.
This doesn’t mean I walk around in a constant state of Zen. I still have moments of frustration, insecurities, and questions about my existence. But I’ve learned something valuable: growth isn’t about being perfect; it’s about being just a little better than yesterday.
In 2014, my father introduced me to Kriya Yoga. At the time, it was just something I tried out of curiosity—like picking up a new sport. I didn’t realize it would spark a lifelong journey into meditation.
At first, my learning was mostly intellectual. I watched countless YouTube videos, listened to talks, and read books on meditation and consciousness. I explored the teachings of Alan Watts, Rupert Spira, OSHO, Sadhguru, and Mahavatar Babaji. Their words were fascinating, but something was missing. I was accumulating knowledge about how deep meditation could feel, but I wasn’t actually experiencing it.
I had already dabbled in breathing techniques, basic movement, and stretching, but I knew I needed more.
In 2018, I decided to take meditation beyond books and screens—I needed to practice. I joined a meditation center in Kathmandu, Nepal, which is now called Boudha Retreats. This was a turning point.
There were no rigid rules, no forced disciplines—only freedom to learn at my own pace. I immersed myself in Forest Therapy, daily yoga sessions, and deep meditation practices. This was where I learned most of the techniques I practice and share today.
I didn’t just follow one path; I learned from many incredible teachers from different traditions.
✔ Reiki Initiations
I received Reiki initiation from multiple masters around the world. My journey in Reiki began with Joon Ama, a Naad Yoga practitioner, sanyasi, and dedicated meditator. Unlike formal training, she didn’t give me certifications—she directly initiated me into Reiki Master Level.
Later, I crossed paths with Maria Rawline, an Irish Reiki teacher with 35 years of experience in the Tera Mai lineage. It was a chance meeting, but one that deeply shaped my practice. She re-initiated me into her Reiki practice.
✔ Akasha Healing
This is my primary practice and the secret to my rapid transformation. It has 11 levels of initiation and practice. I completed my 8th level of initiation (Level 7.4-6). I studied and got initiated into Akasha Healing and Empowerment System under Santoshi Rimal and Diplove Gautam in Nepal, and later under the founder of the Akasha System, Jack Makani, and his wife Svetlana Makani from Cyprus. Now, I teach and initiate people from Level 1-6.
✔ Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
My NLP training came from Graham Nicholls at The Priority Academy, UK.
✔ Yoga Teachers
My primary yoga teacher for many years was Santoshi Rimal. Later, I pursued formal certification from Nepal Yoga Home, where I learned from experienced teachers: Prakash Acharya, Buddhi Bal Rana, Dipendra Basnet, and Sabin Tamang.
Looking back, the shift within me is undeniable.
✔ My thoughts are clearer.
✔ My emotions are more balanced.
✔ My energy is more aligned.
The things that once controlled me—anger, self-doubt, existential questions—still exist, but they no longer define me. Their grip has weakened.
This journey has never been about escaping life’s struggles. It has been about meeting them differently—with awareness, resilience, and inner strength. And now, I share these teachings with others, hoping they will find the same transformation I did.
I don’t claim to be a guru, a master, or someone who has “figured it all out.” I am simply a seeker who has found things that work—and I share them with those who are looking for the same.
