Feel free to email us to register for communication related to the next date of the workshops below. These are very powerful practices and you will experience some shifts in you. These shift can happen during the session, the next day or even within and throughout the week. These sessions are not to be practiced solely without the guidance of an experienced instructor. The only exception is Vipassana and Samatha meditation, once learned you can practice it by yourself.
